Et Voilà: a coat made in one weekend! - Et Voilà: Um casaco feito num fim-de-semana!

I’m wearing my newly made instant gratification coat today (full sewing review will be published later on Couture et Tricot, as soon as I get some time to take a few detail shots of the coat). I was able to finish it up last night and it turned out really awesome IMO! Judging from today’s weather, I think there’s still a few cold winter days left for me to wear it, so YAY! I paired the coat with a cobalt blue dress (I really love cobalt blue with grey), grey booties and a beret that I’ve knitted a few years ago. Have a wonderful day, everybody!

    1. Thank you so much Victoria! My house is a mess (didn't do the usual weekend cleaning to be able to spend some more time sewing), but I think the coat was worth it!

  4. What a wonderful addition to your coat wardrobe Tany. And all the better because you could make it in one weekend and have it turn out so fabulous! I need to choose a pattern that I'm less likely to feel need complete tailoring for my next project. Your outfit is very lovely.

    1. Thanks Faye! Compared with my average tailored coat creations, this one was a piece of cake, but I think it turned out equally beautiful!

Beijos
