Mint, burgundy and cream - Verde-menta, bordéus e creme

Hello dear readers and friends, how are you feeling today? I have been busy and tired, there's a lot going on right now and I feel a little apprehensive about what the future will bring… But not all is bad, I also received some wonderful news from a very close friend, and that news has brighten up my day enormously.

On the subject of today's outfit, I bought this skirt the other day and I was absolutely amazed by the print and color combo so this outfit was constructed around it (the next day I found the exact same fabric selling at a local fabric shop, bummer! I may still buy some and make something out of it…). The perfect top for pairing with the skirt is this rice stitch knit sweater that has been in my wardrobe since Spring 2012. The necklace is also old and I love it a lot: a mother-of-pearl tube inserted in several rows of leather strings. On top I'm wearing a leather-look cream/nude biker (new) in line with the cheerful and fresh vibe of the outfit; the patent leather boots go with everything and I've been wearing them non-stop this week. As final complement there's the burgundy leather bag, which has been one of my favorite winter bags since fall 2012.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead, thanks for visiting!
