EN: I finished this coat last weekend (read the sewing review here) and couldn't wait to show it off! To be completely honest this particular style of coat (A-line and very oversized) is not really my "cup of tea" but I wanted to give it a chance. I found out that I really prefer wearing it with a belt, as it transforms the silhouette to my advantage. I'm wearing it with a black midi tube dress and pairing it with chunky heeled ankle boots with a front metallic zipper. It's a dark mood (some people may not even like combining black with navy, but I really love the two colors together), and I brightened it up with the silver accents on the boots, belt buckle and chain jewelry (the earrings and necklace were gifted to me today by my sister).

PT: Terminei este casaco no fim-de-semana passado (podem ler o artigo sobre a confeção aqui) e estava ansiosa por mostrá-lo num conjunto. Para ser completamente honesta, casacos linha-A assim tão amplos não fazem muito o meu género, mas quis dar uma chance a este e descobri que se u usasse cingido com um cinto o efeito é muito mais ao meu estilo, transformando completamente a silhueta. Estou a usar o casaco com um vestido-tubo de malha preto, complementando o conjunto com botas de sola "track" com um fecho metálico a frente. É um estilo um pouco "dark" (algumas pessoas nem devem gostar de combinar azul-marinho com preto, mas eu adoro), e para dar um pouco de vida acrescentei mais contrastes prateados, usando um cinto elástico com fivela metálica e bijuteria prateada (o colar e os brincos foram-me oferecidos hoje mesmo pela minha irmã).
