Revisiting my closet – Revisitando o meu armário da roupa
I love when I dig deep into my closet, finding clothes that I own from previous seasons, and I’m able to mix them into very contemporary and fashionable looks. This is the case with this outfit: I knitted the top and I made the wide leg pants back in 2009, but they feel pretty updated for spring-summer 2011. I just love the sea foam green combined with the coral, it’s not seen very often yet it feels trendy to me. The flowery foulard complements the outfit like a charm, and the white satchel adds some freshness. When I was taking the pictures outdoors, noticed that I had forgotten the earrings and the rings on my makeup cabinet; I had to go back in the house for them… I took the last picture already at the office, to be able to show you all the accessories that I’m wearing today. Have a great day!

Hi,
ReplyDeleteLove the colours. Unusual mix but it works.
Have a nice day
I remember when you made that top! You look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAmo vermelho. Verde-água já não me encanta tanto, as cores mais puxadas para o amarelo me deixam com cara de doente... mas você ficou bem. A echarpe casou maravilhosamente com o top.
ReplyDeleteMais beijos.
The combo is great and I think your sweater is gorgeous but the jewelry, esp the cloisonne bracelet (sigh), well, glad you went back in to get the jewelry and show it!
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit--I love the colors!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun color combo! I never would have thought of that, but it screams spring.
ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely right: cotal is one of the most popular colours this season as the wide pants are too! And I have a very similar feeling for colour combination: I have just finished a red skirt, which I already imagine to combine with a turqoise - also last made top:-)
ReplyDeleteI have recently seen on a couple of blogs (sorry can't remember where) turqoise and coral together. I think it looks very fresh. And the scarf ties the colours in together very well. Love those shoes too!
ReplyDeleteOhh you looks so summery! I'ts a treat for me while I sit here looking at the drizzle outside my window.
ReplyDeleteAutumn (fall) in Adelaide can be lovely but today its just a taste of winter...
That top you made is lovely & it does work so well with the coral!
ReplyDeleteI also love to do that ;)
ReplyDeleteThese pants rock !
Qualquer uma das peças é linda! Muito bem escolhido o conjunto e os acessórios!
ReplyDeleteBjs
