Tomato Red Craze - É a loucura em vermelho-tomate

Hello dear readers and friends, first of all I want to thank all your lovely comments on my Mother’s Day post; I will personally reply to every comment on the same post. Up until now I haven’t realized that Mother’s Day is celebrated on different dates depending on the country… In Portugal, many years ago, this special day was celebrated on the 8th of December (the Day of the Immaculate Conception, a Catholic Holiday). A few years ago the celebration has been moved to the first Sunday of May.
Moving on to today’s outfit: I wanted a cheerful and comfortable look because today I'll have to attend to the Mother’s Day celebrations at my son’s kindergarten and there are always fun games and activities involved; wearing flats and comfortable clothes is a must; as opposed to yesterday, the weather today is cloudy and a little bit chilly, demanding a jacket for wearing early in the morning and late in the afternoon. I’m wearing a quilted flower jacket (last seen here, worn with black shorts and red knit sweater) with a tomato red frayed top and skinny jeans (both new). The bag is an oldie (at least ten years old) from a Portuguese quality brand; since it’s a classic bag it never goes out of fashion and I've been wearing it every once in a while since I bought it.
You all have a wonderful day and thank you so much for visiting!

    1. Hello my darling, hope you're feeling well today! Thank you so much, you're a sweetie, always brightening up my day with your lovely comments! I love red (in fact red is my favorite color). I had a great time at the Mother's day celebrations, the kindergarten's personnel organized a live aerobic class to all the Mums plus children, followed by a picnic!
Thank you so much for dropping by my love, lots of hugs and kisses to you! <33333333333

  5. Tany you look spectacular in red! Love the complete combo! Especially the top, it's gorgeous! About your hair, you should do what you want to, of course, but I would not cut it off although it may be a nuisance sometimes because of the wind, OK anyway just my thoughts.
    Happy Monday darling
    kisses

    1. Thank you dear Lenya! We are on the same page, I've been wearing long hair since I remember, only chopped it shoulder length once when I was pregnant... I love my long hair, but lately, with my current time constraints, it has been difficult to maintain. I will keep making an effort though!
